Rooms are large and clean. No bugs! Plenty of hot water. Good AC. Laundry facilities near ice maker. Coffee is better than what was served on the cruise we took a few days ago.Good continental breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Great for a pre or post cruise stay before heading to the airport.
Room, lobby, location, and breakfast were all excellent!!! We checked in about 9pm. Gal who checked us in was unfriendly, almost to the point of being rude. Also wish I was made aware that airport shuttle only left once/hour.
I understand some of the other reviews about it being outdated. It absolutely is, but staying here as a layover to catch my flight out after coming home from my cruise, this place is perfect. Offers shuttles to to the airport, walking distance from dinning, shopping, and entertainment. So I did not need to just sit in my room. The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. I will say that most of the staff are spanish speaking so if you are shallow minded and that will bother you this is not the place. The price fits for the room. Its your basic motel set up. If you are looking for a reasonable place to stay either coming in to the airport or going out of the airport....this is a place ideal for short term layover....not the place for a week in tampa
Needs major renovations immediately. Not a 3 star. 1 star and that's being generous. In my room: mold, dust, broken down room. Service non-existent.
This place is conveniently located bear the airport. The bed was comfy, the water pressure in the shower was good and water got hot fast. The rooms could was some updating though.
The room was okay. The breakfast was okay. Service was fine. The thing that really impressed me was that when I arrived early, I spoke to the girl about parking my car and grabbing an Uber to go to the football game. She allowed me to park my car and there was a shuttle service to and from the game. I was so impressed with this system and made our day so much easier. Thank you.
For the price, it was better than we expected. ~$90 a night, right next to the airport, comfortable beds, good ac, mini fridge, tv worked fine, maintenance was quick to help with an issue, and polite staff. All the bases covered for a good budget hotel. It is a little dated, they seem to be struggling to keep up on some maintenance, but its just along the lines of paint touch up. Great value, would stay again.
Hotel outdated but hotel check in staff friendly and fast. Check in very smooth. Beds are comfortable. Good breakfast. Convenient location View to the city was great!
